What is the Glenwood Resort Owners' Association?  It is a campground minutes from I-80 in the City of Marseilles.  Our location to optimal for the camper, because we are minutes from the Illinois State Park!  Neighboring town to Ottawa which offers campers more fishing, boating or enjoy a river walk along the Illinois and Fox rivers.  Nearby, the "Cliffs" Insane Terrain Off Road park offers a 300-acre off-roading experience (designed for beginners and hardcore riders) along with Zip-Lining for added fun!

Desire more hiking?  A short drive our campers can enjoy Starved Rock Park where hiking, biking, canoeing, or kayaking are welcomed venues.

Every June, the City host the "Freedom Run" where thousands join to pay respect to our fallen soldiers at the City's Middle East Conflicts Wall Memorial.

In the evening, enjoy a bbq and fire on your lot.  Want to dine out?  Enjoy dining at local restaurants:  Sunfields, BrightSpot, Half-Time, Illini, or order a pizza from our local "Sam's Pizza".

We are a non-profit organization of a common interest community consisting of six wooded hills with fee simple owned lots.  Owners own their lot and their trailers.   We have a season from April to October, but have access year round.  Owners are requested to respect our resort season and not live here as it violates our covenants.  Find our covenants and Association rules under the "Doc Spot" tab.
